Before work begins
Cancellations are accepted if you ask before your reading enters preparation. Message the shop with your order number as soon as possible after purchase. If your reading has not been scheduled and work has not begun, a full refund is issued, whole and without questions.
Once work has begun
No cancellation or refund is available once preparation of your reading has started. A reading here is built from your birth details and a draw made for you alone; it takes real time and ceremonial preparation specific to your order, and that work cannot be reassigned or resold to anyone else.
After delivery
All sales are final once your reading has been delivered to the email address provided on your order form. Because readings are digital and personally prepared, they cannot be returned.
Before any work starts, your order is verified
Every order is confirmed against the shop before preparation begins. Occasionally a very recent order number is not yet visible; when that happens your reading is held, you receive an email with next steps, and nothing is prepared until the order confirms. If verification cannot be completed, a full refund is issued.
Incorrect or incomplete details
Please review your order form carefully before sending it. A reading prepared from the details you provided is considered complete, and refunds are not available for errors on the submission form. One exception is kept in your favour: on the two chart tiers, if your birth time or birth city is missing or cannot be placed, your reading is held rather than guessed, and I email you so we can sort it together.
If something feels wrong
Message the shop before opening a case. Most concerns are resolved directly, and quickly, at the table where the reading was made.
